Has anyone heard what happened to Th9507?
« on: August 10, 2008, 04:48:51 pm »
When is this drug going to be approved?

I started a new 6 drug regimen in February 2008.  Prior to starting the regimen I had a viral load of 700,000 copies and had 70 T-Cells at 6%.   Percentage of lymphocytes increased 4%/mo for the first couple of months, but now have leveled off at 15%.  Also, T-Cells went up from 70 to 589 at 14%, but now I am at 289 at 15% and have been at 15% for 2.5 months.  Viral load is about the same.

I do recall reading that there is data that demonstrates Th9507's ability to increase Thymus size.  For this reason I am interested in the drug.   When is it going to be approved?  ???

It is still in trials. In fact there is a trial going on in san francisco about 80 miles away from me.

The focus of it is for reduction of visceral body fat (deep body fat , not the typical pudge) and the effects  on lipids.

Are you sure? Tesamorelin (i.e. TH9507) works against abdominal fat accumulation.

Anyway, here are the latest (good) news:
