Hey warrior!

A Warrior's Shoulders

The Warrior awakens before the sun rises. To the Warrior, there's only one goal in life: To be stronger than the previous day. This means he must battle complacency and inner weakness. The Warrior must first win the struggle taking place within himself. The, he must overcome every external adversity that is presented before him. All of these adversities become battles within the larger war.

To win this war, the Warrior must reach deep down inside himself and find out what he's truly made of. A warrior does not say, "I will try." A warrior says, "I will do". No excuses. No regrets. No failures. If you live a life where you put limits upon yourself, you might as well be dead. Never accept mediocrity. To live, you must kill these self-imposed limits.

A warrior does not say, "I will try." A warrior says, "I will do".

A warrior always has a battle plan. You must learn to draw up a plan, implement your plan, overcome adversities, maintain discipline and control under great stress, and ultimately defeat your foes. To be a warrior, you must adopt this way of thinking. Now let's use this knowledge to improve your arsenal. It's time to build your shoulders.

What's your current routine bud?
Her finely-touched spirit had still its fine issues, though they were not widely visible. Her full nature, like that river of which Cyrus broke the strength, spent itself in channels which had no great name on the earth. But the effect of her being on those around her was incalculably diffusive: for the growing good of the world is partly dependent on unhistoric acts; and that things are not so ill with you and me as they might have been, is half owing to the number who lived faithfully a hidden life, and rest in unvisited tombs.

If you are used to using barbells or machines try switching to dumbells. You engage more ancillary muscles when you use dumbells and can often get a wider range of motion. Inclined dumbell presses will work your upper chest and shoulders. I also find that front dumbell raises and side dumbell raises really get my shoulders pumped.

I do use dumbells for that very reason (as a dancer, I want to make sure that I don't get muscle bound or develop/underdevelop flexors or extensors).  The person I began training with taught me my current routine and he was formerly a weight lifting champion in the tulies somewhere.  He taught me proper form and I was developing nicely - and then I moved away before we could focus more on my needs.

My chesticles are a nice, firm handfull, my lats are nice and shapely, and my back is together. I'm not going to trouble myself with washboard abs - however, I'm still working on the bi-tri project, and I feel that the deltoids could use more attention.  So, now I want to change my routine a little.  I really feel like my deltoids aren't what they could be, and I want to change that.

I just thought that soemone might have a good exercise or two. :)

Hey Joseph----no advice (but enoyed reading your self-description--you sound hot to me ;D)  But---you got this back-slidden gym rat to thinking that I really miss working out.  Joined the gym today and start working out tonight after work.  Thanks----you just never know who your life impacts!

And those forget those rear delts. I use a machine for those (you know the one that doubles as the flys/rear delt machine), as well as dumbells.

One thing you have to realise about marketing.  If you raise that price to 29.99 you'll get far more buyers!

Oh, I'm sorry, I misplaced the decimal... that's $1,995.00.  Curse my keyboard!

Truth be told, though... I could never have a sugar daddy - with the trade of body for money comes a much more steep price that is paid only with the soul.  Though, I've had my opportunities. :)
