One of my best friends has a farm home on an old Native American burial site.  While there's some superstition that surrounds things like this, I'm not convinced the dead would come back to haunt etc.   This isn't the 1800's.
I've never killed anyone, but I frequently get satisfaction reading the obituary notices.-Clarence Darrow

It's 130 acre property and the graveyard is tiny. He could find another spot to put the house. I think it gives the property character and would be great on Halloween.

The property deeds in my neighborhood show ownership of a golf course which was to be built during the Depression.  It was never built because of a Pioneer Cemetary located on the first hole.  The oldest grave I can find (many are so old and worn, I can't read the year of death) is 1871, a child of a pioneer. and two little girls who also died in the 1870's.  Mrs. Fields was laid to rest a few months ago.  This is across the road, my front yard  ;D  Have the best day
Michael
