Ok I have read enough on the forum not get overly concerned but i am going to anyways.  I have been 100% adhearant.  been eating healthy and exercising like i should but for some reason rather the my cd4 count going up it went down but not by much.  And yes i understand there is a wide fluctuation.  So I am not going to get all bent out of shape just yet.  I know i have been coughing alot and it is allergy season in Atlanta.  So i will chalk it to that.   Overall my cholesterol is really good so i know the eating healthy part is working so i am sticking to that. Arrggh not going to play mind games just needed to let it out..

I feel ya  :) Allergy season has hit in Houston as well. Tree pollen is HUGE today and several months ago, I would have freaked over these symptoms...not anymore though  :)

Here's hoping your allergies, and mine, get better!
Diagnosed in  May of 2010 with teh AIDS.

PCP Pneumonia . CD4 8 . VL 500,000

TRIUMEQ - VALTREX -  FLUOXETINE - FENOFIBRATE - PRAVASTATIN - CIALIS

Numbers consistent since 12/2010 - VL has remained undetectable and CD4 is anywhere from 275-325

Its only going to get worst.  While the Midwest and northeast is still in their cold snap we are getting pollen counts in the 100's of thousands ( I might be exaggerating, nah i think its!  They stopped counting and just say very high)

metekrop just a little disappointed that my numbers are not higher but there could be a million reasons as to why they are not.  And since i have allergies i am just chalking it up to that.  My doc is not concerned since he is more concerned with keeping me undetectable, which it is :) ...  I guess i have number envy This is only my second set of numbers since starting Atripla.

I think you know you have no reason to be concerned.  Draw blood for your blood work in the morning, at lunch and at dinner and you probably are going to have a different CD4 count.  As I am sure you have read on the forums somewhere, you can't assume anything from one set of numbers, you need to see a trend.  Don't fret about how quickly they are going up as compared to what you want them to be or how quickly some other person's  numbers responded after starting meds.  The important thing is that they are improving and that you are undetectable.
