You guys helped me in 2004 and then in 2009 with two episodes which I somehow sailed across and tested negative.

First incident in 2004 was a fingering incident, then was a incident in 2009  where there was no penetration but my thinking that the vaginal fluid may have come to my pennis under the pants.

In both these incidents, so scared I was that I took flights to India (16 hours from my place) at 28 days post exposure then at 3rd month. I had HIV PCR done and then the routine HIV antibody test at 12 weeks. This was against the advise was Andy though. His assessment was that I had no risk so no need to test.

But apparently I have not learnt from these incidents, and yet again became out of control and booked an escort service. Here is the incident:


1. During the whole episode, I was wearing full clothes i.e. Gloves on my hand, Pant, Shirt, Vest and Undie. Below my undie I had condom on as well to overcome my fear of something coming down to pennis

2. I did not touch the escort, neither she touched me on my skin. All she does was caressing outside my pants on pennis

3. I did not kiss or licked her or any of body part. And she did not do it either. So no kissing and no Oral

4. I had terrible cold so may have a weak mucous membrane on the nose.

Though I was on her top, I was wearing full clothes. So the only body part that was exposed was my face.

My fear now is, somehow during the incident my face could have come into contact with her face which could lead to transmission through the pimples/small scratches on my face.

During this incident or post this incident, I had no visible bleeding on my face. There may have been shaving cuts 6 hours before this incident when I shaved, but for sure I had no bleeding going on at the time of this incident. Does small 6 hour old cuts pose a risk.

Though I did not rub her face rigorously, can even a small touch from my face to her cause something.

If I go to CDC, they say that  less than .1 chance or .1 percent chance.

I took extreme steps to control myself and had all protection that I could but how could I protect my face.

Why do researchers now say that even Pimples/cuts on face could transmit HIV. Why not we have protection for face like Condom.

Is it my over anxiety? Do I need testing?

What does Intact skin means. Does it mean non-bleeding skin or smooth skin with no pimples?

I have spent 5 days already worrying about this incident and I wonder if I need any psychiatric treatment or my fears of getting HIV through this incident are correct.

Please help as much as you can. Your help once again ensure I sail through this incident.

I don't know where you're getting your MISinformation, but hiv isn't transmitted through pimple or cuts on the face.

You haven't had a risk for hiv infection.
