Oral symptoms. Test. Inmunodepression

Hello

I had two exposures (11 weeks ago, unprotected  insertive oral; 60 days ago, protected oral and vaginal intercourse). Both with CSW in Spain.

From 15-2 days I noticed geographic tongue in my mouth and postnasal drip together with sore throat. The geo tongue remains until today.

Last week I have developed a bacterial infection in my back (infected pore) and an eye stye.

I had negative test at 5-3 (VIDAS DUO) , 8-6 (VIDAS DUO) and 10-8 weeks (ELISA 3rd gen)

Are my sym. sign of ARS?
Is my inmunitary system depressed (as my tongue and bacterial infections could indicate) and the test are not reliable?

Under no circumstances can you get HIV from insertive oral sex.

None whatsoever.

Thanks, but I also had protected vaginal sex (Although I know tmat many experts say no risk for protected sex, other think that there is (IE Dr Tan, etc.)

There is no risk for HIV in protected sex either. You simply had no risk whatsoever.

Weeks ago, I was informed here that I had no risk (oral and vaginal, all protected). I developed geo tongue and sore throat days after my exposure. 15 days before I received  unprotected oral sex. The geo tongue remains.

3 weeks ago I was tested for Chlamydia. It was positive.

I am still worried since Dr HHH said me that nobody can catch Chlamydia by oral sex (mouth to penis) and the condom probably failed (it put me in risk for HIV).

My question is:

Is possible having undetectable VL and a negative 4th gen test 98 days after my exposure? (I had a PCT RNA and VIDAS DUOQUICK test, both negative)?

Since my wife had symtoms 3 weeks after my exposure (we had sex 7 days after my exposure) and herpes zopster 7-8 weeks after, I am still in panic

At no time did you have an exposure and your unneeded tests prove that you don't have HIV.

As you have been told repeatedly, you did not have any risk for HIV. Whatever is going on symptomatically with you and your wife should be discussed with your doctors. HIV is not the cause.

As with many straying partners, guilt is what is driving your unwarranted fears about HIV. You did what you did and that's history. Let it go and get on with your life.

I have been in a hell during a year after two no risk exposures...
My main fear was to infect my wife and child (she was brestfeeding then).

I made a big error and I tested her (my child) via oraquick because he is having recurrent infections (otitis, bronchitis...). Both test were negative at 40 minutes mark but hours later a faint t line appeared in both test (slightly darker in the second test donde two days later). It freak me out.

What do you think? negative? Does it often occur? Someone with the same experience?

The test result was negative. Your baby does not have hiv.

The test results are supposed to be read when the instructions say to read them - not hours later. They usually do turn positive after a few hours, but most normal people throw them away after use and don't dig them out of the trash to look again.

You shouldn't be dragging your baby into this. If you're still worried about your own status, go test yourself. You can't know your own status going by someone else's hiv test.

If you think your wife may be hiv positive from having sex outside your marriage, then you'll have to speak with her about testing.

Nothing you've ever discussed here was a risk for hiv infection.
