HIV fear - Help me please

On 20th July 2012, I went to a massage parlor. At the end, she gave me an unprotected blow job which lasted less than a min. She told me to tell her before I ejaculate. I did so and she stopped sucking and took the cum in her hand. I had vomiting sensation for 3 days starting 3rd Aug (after 2 weeks) though I did not vomit, simply some saliva come out. I even called her up asking her health status, she said she does not have any STDs. I am worried why she even gave me a blow job unprotected if she is so health conscious. Now, I am having muscle ache on the shoulder.
Please advise me for the following.
1. Is vomiting sensation and muscle ache a HIV symptom?
2. Have you come across anyone in the forum who got HIV +ve after unprotected oral ?

You never had an exposure from oral sex. Your symptons have nothing to do with HIV.

No one in the history of the HIV pandemic has EVER gotten HIV through getting sucked. It's as close to impossible as science allows.

The "typical" symptoms of hiv seroconversion are also typical symptoms of hundreds of other illnesses.

I don't know why you're worrying about hiv symptoms. Getting a blowjob is absolutely NOT a risk for hiv infection. Not one person has ever been infected this way and you're certainly not going to be the first. You got your dick sucked, now get over it.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST SPECIFICALLY OVER A BLOWJOB, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
