hello,
12 days ago i had sex with a girl she is from niger, and i can guess full of desease, my condom broke when i was doing intercourse (doggy style) it is broke near the ring (hole about 1 to 2 cm)and when i ejaculated the sperm was in the tip therefore my penis head was covering and i don t know if it s matter from two days ago i feel sometimes that my penis and around it are warm but it s not painful and i don t have a problem of pee ..i m bit down ..would you please help me am i in high risk of HIV..thanks

Women from Niger have no less or more disease than the men they have sex with .
The important part is that your penis was covered with a condom around your glans , that's the vulnerable part of your anatomy when you are having penetrative intercourse . It doesn't sound like you had a risk in this circumstance because the condom was intact except at the base of your penis , and that's not a risk .
Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

thanks for your quick answer...and sorry about putting my topic in the wrong place ....well i thought at the beginnig that i wasnt at risk..but i went to the doctor after this incidence he told that i m in fact at the risk, because her fluid can get through the hole....my question is i f my penis head is covered and im pretty sure it was, there is a possibility that her fluid get into the condom.

The part of the vagina where HIV resides is in a mucosal lining deep inside near the cervix , that is why condoms are so effective at preventing HIV infections from vaginal sex , the penis is covering the mans glans where it makes contact with the mucosal lining . Vaginal secretions comes from a gland higher up near the opening of the vagina and those fluids are not infectious for HIV , those were the secretions that contacted the base of your penis .
Its highly unlikely that you had a risk in the situation as you described it . If you wish to test for peace of mind you can do so at 6 weeks past the incident and again at 3 months to confirm the results . I would fully expect a negative result .

Yes , you can go to a clinic or your doctor and ask for a full STD panel at anytime .
