Am I at risk for HIV?

I am a 26 year old guy from brazil
On july 24th, i had sex with a guy whose HIV status i don't know
I gave him a blowjob and i must mention the fact that i had gingivitis (my gum was red and swollen and it used to bleed when i would brush my teeth), He did not cum in my mouth but there must have been his precum in my mouth.
After that, we had anal sex, He topped me without wearing a condom. I guess He did not cum inside of me.
I have been on prep for quite some time but recently i wasn't taking it as prescribed. Before we had sex, i had been taking the prep pills for 10 days but not at the same time everyday. Some days i would take it in The morning and other days at night. I was worried that prep would not be as effective and went to a doctor for PEP.
I got the PEP pills 9 hours after having had sex and i have been taking it since july 24th everyday at The same time but on july 29th, i drank beer and now i am afraid that alcohol might mess the PEP treatment. Moreover, since August 4th my throat has been sore and i am concerned about this being a symptom of HIV infection. Could you explain and address my risk of getting hiv?

Gingivitis made no difference, the mouth generally lacks a route for HIV to infect, and saliva also neutralises HIV by damaging the receptors needed to infect human cells. Giving a blowjob is a minute HIV risk that doesn't warrant testing outside the standard yearly screening.

Having a beer will change nothing regarding the effectiveness of PEP.

I fully expect you will be fine. PEP is highly effective, to confirm your HIV status six weeks after finishing PEP with a blood draw (lab) HIV antibody test. A non-reactive result at that time would rarely change, and retesting at three months is generally unnecessary.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.
