Dog therapy
« on: December 01, 2007, 09:08:47 pm »
My dog is going to certification for hospitals....and she is cute.  She is happy spotty dane...and I want to bring her to hospitals, but especially to people who are alone.  So if anyone in jersey knows of a place that needs a place to open a door to a happy puppy for an hour than let me know.

I'm not in Jersey, but wanted to send good wishes your way!
That is so nice of you to take your happy puppy for dog therapy.  I really believe in this.

My dogs are barkers.  I've taken them to years of training...they have that down.  However, the barking....they are terriers and love to announce when they make an entrance....and boy do they make an entrance!

Best wishes to you and spotty dane!

Hello, what a nice thing for you to do. There are a lot of people who could benefit from a warm furry hug.      Cristy

Hey Cam, that's really awesome of you to do this.  I've been wondering how you've been and if you're ever going to join us again in the dating threads?

Hi Cam~

Very giving of you to offer this!  How old is your pup now?  I remember seeing "baby" pics, and your Dane looked like a pony!

I know you'll find this rewarding, the sharing that you're offering to others!

I am a positive woman desperate to get a dog and keep looking at the labradoodle site on the web when I am down, the touble is I can't really afford one. I have written a blog about this predicament, also about dentists, called 'All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth - and a Labradoodle' on my website which is for positive women with a sense of humour -
http://www.hivine.wordpress.com
I would love to hear the comments of other positive women about the health benefits of having a dog, especially a Labradoodle, to either encourage me or put me off!
