A few scenarios for the mods....Please help

Ok, Im a little ocd and seem to be having a hard time completely ridding these situations out of my mind as I seem to have a phobia of catching a disease.  I guess its more of hearing it from someone about my particular situations more than it is seeing someone elses questions answered or reading a lesson (which I did read).

These are my scenarios and no im not going to ask these "what if" questions but one time.

1.  About 4 years ago during spring break I had an encounter with a friends friend whom i met from back home.  She seemed a bit questionable but that is just because I do that with every girl, (i dont think too negatively about this one).  I had fingered her and remember it stinging quite a bit for a while but i kind of ignored it....I just want to ask if its safe for me to say that its no risk no matter what spin I put on it correct???

2.  I had another situation when I was using the bathroom one morning at a restroom from a local store.  I remember water deflecting off the bowl and into my eye.  I dont know if this would be anything whatsoever to be concerned with do you?

It seems that im more troubled with anxiety and ocd than I am with the actual virus itself.  I have a fear of touching things, especially things in the bathroom as im afraid that I could catch the virus or another disease.  My third encounter was in a restaurant where i had been brought a plate of food and it had blood on the edge of the plate, it was almost dry.  This isnt really bothering me but what are the chances of me catching anything off of that blood if it were to come in contact with an open wound, cut or opening to the body? (it didnt not, but just a question)

I know these are completely ignorant questions but I just want to get it out of my system by personally asking those that are very familiar with the virus.  I know my biggest problem is anxiety and ocd but I think I will finally nip it in the bud with presenting these questions to the mods such as andy, rod, or anne.  Sorry for such a bother but i want to completely rid the fear of worrying about catching these diseases.

Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body, as in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse. It is NOT transmitted via environmental surfaces nor is it transmitted via fingering.

Please read our Welcome Thread so you can learn how hiv is and is not transmitted. Here's what else you need to know:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

I suggest you find yourself a therapist so you can learn ways of coping with your OCD. We cannot help you with that here.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
