Hey wtf -
There are several ways: 1) of course these Forums - if you have a chance to come to AMG - you should - you can also let people know whereabouts you live (City, State, Country) and many times there are other members on here who live either close by or visit the area for business or other reasons 2) here in South Florida we have The Center for Positive Connections - that has social events for pos people and Positive Muse - which also has events for pos people to meet and connect.  3) Local ASOs usually have events (other than support groups) set up for Poz people - the local GLBT community center here has Bingo and other events that lots of pos people go to and 4) there are some bars/clubs where you can sometimes meet other pos people - just in the course of conversating you sometimes find out you share a common bond of being positive.

Hope some of these help.
