In the 80's I used to see a kinky old nelly on the trams and busses in SF.  He wore hot pants with his dick sticking out, dingy but fanciful white cowboy boots, a bolo tie and a cowboy hat.  Oh and he had huge nuts too so some days you got the nut flash, other days the weiner.

Nothings sticking out on our Ft Lauderdale friend, so I guess it's not indecent exposure!  Are we to understand the sagging football stud was showing his ass crack?

That's the way I read it and what's with his mother acting like her child is some gift from God or something.  He was disrespectful to authority and the other passengers. It's not a fashion statement when I can see your crack, but what really troubles me, is both he and his mother are making excuses for his bad behavior.

I wonder if this would have played out differently, if he had hoisted his pants and apologized. Sorry, I forgot, that would entail accepting responsibility for acting like a fool. Silly me.

nope. here's a local news story about the incident

Quote
"There was a passenger on board the aircraft that had boarded the aircraft with his pants down around his knees showing his briefs, his underwear," said SF Police Sgt. Michael Rodriguez. "One of the flight attendants on that aircraft was offended by the fact that she could see the outline of his private area."

Thanks for the link and it makes more sense now, but I can't help notice that he behaves badly and instantly the race card is thrown. If a flight attendant can see the outline of your "junk" then that is indecent exposure and the adult thing to do, would be to comply and offer an apology. This all seems to confirm this idea that nobody is responsible for their own actions and when called on recognized bad behavior, you immediately seek to cast blame everywhere, except where it belongs.

edited to add: I wonder what lesson his mother is trying to teach him, when out of one side of her mouth she is screaming racism, while the other side is acknowledging that he acted inappropriately.

Maybe this is a freefloating reaction to having Weiner's big junk seared into our brains for weeks.  Rationally, what's the difference if you see the dick outline through jean material or underwear.  Its just that everyone says, OK jeans are outside wear we can see.
I didn't like the mom for the first part of the interview and then her argument got stronger about the turban analogy, and finally her claim he was arrested for 3 things, his clothes, the colour of his skin and his hair.   (His hair???)

Its a pure argument that saggers are clothes, not indecent exposure.

Anyway he was arrested for not obeying flight attendant orders.  So that attendant who couldn't deal with his saggers and bulge HAD TO HAVE MADE a big stink about it.  She didn't have to take the confrontation so far.

Since Ft. Lauderdale Nelly gets to fly, why not some torpedo size football player in his saggers with his bulge showing.

Maybe it boils down to fear of the big "OTHER" dick.  I thought Stewart kinda freaked a bit that his real and ideological buddy was so studly.  Then everyone had to deal with the big Jewish dick in the room.   Why the fuck did he have to resign??? Hmmmm?  That was total democratic party FAIL.

Nelly's tightly packed package doesn't offend but the powerful black young man's does??

Then again, boy should have hiked up his pants.  Whats the big deal!

I hope he doesn't lose his football scholarship for being such a dumbass.

I miss the days when we all dressed for an Air Plane trip !

It is much more pleasant to be seated next to properly clothed people

that know how to use  deodorant and  have manners   :)

P.S.  I do find  that  oddly dressed people make me nervous .
Those types belong on  GreyHound Buses  :-*

Airliners are flying (GreyHound) buses.
I recall my trolley pushing days at 40,000 ft (1980-1983 KLM), where male RoyalClass passengers  were required to wear a jacket & tie. And for personell, flying for leisure, it was mandatory to dress "appropriately" regardless if you were travelling coach or first, otherwise you were denied boarding.
