Looking for people to share their stories
« on: October 21, 2016, 07:31:48 pm »
Hi I am currently a Production Assistant for X. We are pitching a story to X exploring the lives of those living with HIV and thriving in their careers and personal lives. We are currently looking for people who would like to counter the negative impressions people have about HIV positive Individuals. If there is anyone put there who is looking to share their story, please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi

Product advertisement—including links; banners; editorial content; and clinical trial, study or survey participation—is strictly prohibited by forums members unless permission has been secured from POZ.

So please first seek permission, and until than as you are not Living with HIV you should not be posting here.

I don't want to sound self-centered but l cannot help feeling disappointed when l find an posting like this one the poster of which does not even contact our moderators first.  We are here not for anyone's commercial interest or for a particular career subject.

I would appreciate if those who have interests from the different angles were more respectful to our moderaters who work so much for us members and also to those who are here for the purpose of helping each other.  This whole thing reminds me of the news reporters who forcibly interviewed the crying children having lost their parents in the tsunamis at the time of the earthquake here in 2011.
