Life assurance for mortgage

Hey all,
so an update on this is that it seems possible to get life assurance from a insurance company called Irish Life.

After many phone calls and rejections Ive came across this company that provide cover- premiums are loaded x 6 times normal though and they will provide cover for 10 years rolling based on CD4'S viral load etc remaining stable and good health .

The thing is now I have to show the bank a letter of rejection and see if they will
 waiver my need to get life assurance or

accept the 10 year rolling policy ( I will need it for 30 years)

The insurance company says they have clients with hiv and historically this has worked for them in getting their mortgage application approved.

Anybody in Ireland or UK ever came across this or got a mortgage before.
