Hi, are being thrown out by my 20 year younger partner after 17 years, have to be out ASAP and need to find a realtor in NYC that work with HASA clients, I have credit score of 800+ but not income of 40 times the rent which is not enough to qualify for an apartment so I need to use HASA to find one. Or if someone know of a temporary cheap apartment or room so I have more time to find a place.
