Hello world!

to put it short.... i had and encounter with a transgender escort we performed mutual oral unprotected and very brief proteced anal sex me being top but i couldnt keep it all up so it keeped poping out of her so it lasted like 5 seconds the we only had foreplay ands that it.

the condom didnt broke, slip off or something for that im sure.

but here goes my anxiety out of nowhere, telling me that theres a slight possibility to get infected, even after reading a lot of post and articles that says that says the contrary.

im kinda tempted of getting PEP cause theres only been two days. but other part of me is telling to relax that it was safe.

then she told me that she wasn't reactive and she keeps constant medical check up, but i now that it dosent mean nothing to me.

please can i get some reassurance?

thank you so much!

Hiya,

A sex worker gave you a blowjob and you also gave a blowjob and had anal intercourse.

So, HIV can't be transmitted through an intact latex, polyisoprene or polyurethane condom. Unless a condom obviously fails during intercourse, there is no reason to be stressing about HIV or testing for HIV outside the standard yearly HIV screening.

Receiving a blowjob lacks the conditions required for acquiring HIV, thus it makes sense that after nearly 40 years of this pandemic in terms of BJ's, there hasn't been a single documented case of HIV transmission to an insertive partner (the person being "sucked"), and you will not be the worlds first.

As for giving a blowjob, the mouth generally lacks a route for HIV to infect also there are barriers such as saliva that neutralizes HIV by damaging the receptors needed to infect human cells etc, giving a blowjob is such a minute HIV risk that it doesn't warrant HIV concern or testing outside of routine.

In short; it's not an HIV risk, move on with your life

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or easier-acquired correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV and get vaccinated against HPV, Hepatitis A & B.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim
