Sex with Social Escort
« on: May 03, 2021, 11:37:51 am »
Hi there,

I had sex with a social escort (female) on 24th April. She blew me without a condom but put on a condom immediately and proceeded with the intercourse. I was wearing the rubber the whole time and we even changed the condom in-between the session.

There were no signs of bleeding from either party or did the condom tore (checked it afterward).

My fear is:
1) Can I get Hiv from the Unprotected Oral Sex
2) Can I get Hiv from the Vaginal Intercourse Protected sex?
3) Can HIV only get through from the tip of the penis if there are no cuts or bleeding signs around my groin area?

Thank You

Hiya.

Read your post three times.

Receiving a blowjob is no HIV risk to you whatsoever and as for the intercourse, HIV can't transmit through an intact latex or polyurethane condom. If a condom fails during the act of intercourse it's obvious. There is no reason to be stressing or testing outside of the standard yearly routine as long as this obvious issue did not happen.

Cuts on your groin area would not be a route.

Relax, move on with your life, continue to use condoms for any intercourse no exceptions and test out of standard routine at least yearly for HIV and far easier to acquire STI's.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of HIV protection going forward

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Kind regards

Jim

Hi Jim,

I have a bit of a white tongue even after scrubbing it.

I don't think it's anything serious but is there a chance of HIV?

Not from the encounter posted here, that much is certain.

Anyhow, getting a white tongue can be related to a number of issues some so common that near every adult will experience it regardless of HIV status.

See your doctor and treat your tongue.

Hi there, I have had a series of non penetrative sexual encounters over the past few months but recently I got a cough/flu/sore throat & ulcer under the tongue and want to get your advice on how to proceed forward.

No penetration was done via vaginal/anal, closest to it was frottage and maybe the occasional penis stroking by the vagina.

Girl 1: Blowjob

Girl 2 Massage Parlour:Handjob

Girl 3 Female Prostate Massage lady: Gloved Anal Fingering (Prostate) + Massaging

Girl 4(November 24): Frottage against Vagina + Rimmed me very long + Blowjob

Girl 5 (11th Jan): Frottage against Vagina + Kissing + Blowjob + Rimmed Her (briefly, 1 minute) + Sucked on tits + Boobjob

Girl 6(16th Jan) Blowjob + Kissing

The 5th girl and I went out clubbing and we were making out through the night. She was having a cough prior coming to visit me. After we had done what's written above, I started to have cough, flu, sore throat and now an ulcer under my throat.

My cough, flu, sore throat started 3 days after she left and it is cleared just today after taking medications, no fever at all. However, I just got the ulcer yesterday. Additionally, my temperature has been abnormally low, sitting around 35.9 - 36.2 degrees.

About 2 weeks ago, I also had a lymph node growing on my right side armpit, not the biggest but it was there.

Are any of my actions above a sign of potential HIV or any other STDs?

Read what you posted three times, it's not an HIV risk to you.

In brief, your adult HIV risks are:

* Condomless intercourse & a minute (theoretical) HIV risk if you give a blowjob.
* Sharing drugs rigs (Syringes)
* Blood products/ transfusions (Rare nowadays in most nations thanks to screening)

That's it.

any other STDs?

Of course you had risks for far easier to transmit STIs. No need to panic or run out and test each time, relax, move on with your life and get an STI screening yearly out of standard routine

Hi Jim, so none of the incidents I had are a risk of HIV? But I did get my flu/cough/sore throat/mouth ulcer 3 days after..should I be worried?

Also does this require me to do a HIV test?

Asked and answered already.

The activities posted here are not an HIV risk, since there was no HIV exposure, there is no need for HIV testing over these activities and your left testicle and arm could fall off, however, it has nothing to do with HIV.

Move on with your life, use condoms for any intercourse, and consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP and getting vaccinated against HPV, Mpox, and Hepatitis A & B. As you are sexually active get an STI screening yearly out of standard routine.
