Traveling to Asia
« on: September 05, 2006, 11:33:24 pm »
Hey does anyone now about traveling to Asia, specifically South Korea and being HIV+. This will be with my employer and going with a large group of people from work.  I guess my concerns are traveling with my meds, going through customs and things like that. I sure don't want my bags inspected with other co-workers standing around and custom agents asking what these pills are for. Also I was going to check with my physician about taking a 2 week drug holiday. I don't have to go, it is a voluntary trip and currently I have other job opportunities in process, in fact I have a second interview hopefully on Friday, I will find out when that is scheduled tomorrow. With other opportunities in the works a part of me wants to decline and my main concern is traveling with my meds or being able to drug holiday without jeopardizing my current drug regiment.
If anyone has any thoughts I'd appreciate it.
