Thanks for a great experience!

Hello AMG family!  The girls and I made it in safely last night, albeit somewhat later that expected after being re-routed to another flight that had a DC connection due to overbooking.  I just wanted to thank everyone for showing us so much love, support, and consideration while we were there.  We had an awesome time, and thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone.  Meena has already asked me three times since we left when and where AMG will be next year, and we haven't even been home a full day!  I don't possess a vocabulary adequate enough to express my  appreciation for all the listening ears, smiles, hugs, stroller pushing and hoisting, Meena-piggy backing, baby carrying/entertaining, thoughtful gifts, directions, time spent waiting for my punctually challenged brood to catch up, and encouragement.  You all are a special group of people, and I am so glad we were able to be among you.  I pray we are able to join you all again next year (with hubby in tow to help with the kiddos and join in on the fun)!  I hope everyone made/makes it home safe and sound; you're in our thoughts!  With love, Sheri

We so enjoyed meeting you and your girls! I thought I was crushing a kidney when I was carrying Meena slung up on my hip, but it was 50 pounds of pure joy when she laid her head on my shoulder. Did anyone get a picture of that?! I don't even do that for my sister's kids! It was just great having so many little ones with us this year!

Hugs,
Creighton & Santi

Hi Sheri

Glad you 3 got home safely, albeit somewhat later than planned.  I just have to say you and your two girls were such a wonderful addition to our diverse group.  Plus you and the girs are all just drop dead gorgeous.

Take care of yourself, and see you again hopefully.

Yaah!  I am so glad you and the girls made it home ok.  I don't know how you did it with 2 little ones. You and the girls are beautiful and I am so glad I was able to meet you all. I hope I can go next year and spend more time with everyone.

Take care,
Snow

"time spent waiting for my punctually challenged brood to catch up" - Lol, most of us were punctually challenged sweetie! I totally understand the "herding cats" description now  :)

You and your girls were an absolute delight! I am so glad I got to meet you and the girls!

Since I couldn't go this year after all that planning & kindness of the AMG committee I just wanted to send out my thanks to all of you for posting about the trip.  Living it vicariously here (as I watch over the patient)  :D  and thinking about next year!

Hugs!

It was such a treat getting to meet you and the girls. The girls got along so swimmingly, you wouldn't think they'd known each other their whole lives.  We went to our state capital today and visited a doll factory.  There was a beautiful doll with beaded braids.  Mim ran up to it and said, "Hey, mom, it looks just like Meena!"  It was so sweet.  I hope we're all able to make it to AMG 2010.

Basquo, I don't have a photo of Meena laying on your shoulder, but I have a very sweet picture of Santi pushing a baby stroller ;)

It was nice meeting you, and the girls are adorable.  Too cute when you guys were getting off the train at Chinatown and Meena was just sitting there, staring into space!  ;D

Hopefully see you next year.

 hi sheri.

Like longislander says, you and the kids are adorable.  I enjoyed so much meeting you and for you to cart around those kids like you did, well, it just shows how strong you are.

I'm so glad you decided to come.
