POZ Personal Baby
« on: December 27, 2010, 11:57:40 am »
I never thought anything positive was going to come out of the relationship with the man I met on POZ Personals. I thought I was just flirting but the relationship blossomed and I am glad to announce the arrival of my baby who is so gorgeous. Thanks to POZ for the site, although my boyfriend has his own issues to deal with he has been so supportive and we doing well with the new arrival. Thank you all ladies for the support and advise you offered throughout my pregnants ordeal.  Hormones are now beginning to get back to normal.

Congratulations! How is the baby doing? I hope the worries you had over Edwards was unfounded.

Thank you, she is clear of the Edwards syndrome and she is tolerating the medication well. Drs were surprised because they had told me that most babies born to Hiv poz mothers are usually tiny but she was a whooping 7.760 pounds and her skin was not jaundiced at all which was another issue I was warned of.

Absolutely fantastic news! She'll be off the meds before you know it... and driving you nuts as a hormonal teenager before you know it too. Enjoy her while she's tiny, even if the sleepless nights drive you batty. That too will pass all too soon. Congratulations!
