Sorry I know this questions may already been answered, please bear with me... It is a way to help me lessen my anxiety. Thank you!

Last March 5, 2012 i have an encounter with a male.. no anal, oral sex.. We just masturbated and i touch his penis twice. after that i washed my hands with alcohol. (no risk right?)

Last Thursday Feb. 23,2012 i went to a massage parlor. I had a back massage. The masseuse massage me with oil using her forearm and her BUTT... I have back acne. Later she gave me a mammary f*** (titifuck) and hand job me. (We did not engaged in any sex Oral,Vaginal,Anal)


here are my questions?

1. Is hand job and titifuck can cause HIV?
2. Is the massage risky, because i have acne?
3. She has no cut, sores, am i prone to other STD's?
4. Can the virus be contracted thru baby oil and be transmitted thru back acne?
5. Two weeks ago I caught cold( no fever, no rash), then I developed sainusitis until today i still has it, is this ARS?
6. My sublingual salivary gland is swollen as per ENT it is blocked. Do HIV cause this?
7. Do i need to get tested?
8. Is there any reported case of transmission thru this encounter?


Feb 7, 2012,  was the last time I got tested for hiv. It was non-reactive (I followed the window period)

Am I safe? Do I need to get tested?

HIV is not transmitted by masturbation.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

Does acne provides an adequete route of transmission to bloodstream?

No you don't need testing.
No acne does not provide an route of transmission of HIV to the bloodstream.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

2. No. Acne doesn't change things.

3. Not really. However, some STIs can be transmitted through skin to skin contact, but she was unlikely to have any of those on her tits, butt cheeks, arms or hands.

4. No. Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body, as in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the two bodies.

Once outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. Baby oil would damage the virus, no doubt, aside from it being out of the body.

5. So you caught a cold. It's not hiv related as you had no risk.

6. Hiv usually causes all the lymph nodes to swell, not just one. You recently had a cold and sinus infection so it's no surprise that lymph nodes in your head swelled. You didn't have a risk for hiv infection, so obviously that's not the cause.

7. Any sexually active adult should be tested for hiv and all the other STIs as well, at least once a year. Twice is better. However, you do not need to specifically test over the concerns you have discussed here.

8. Nope, not one. You're not going to be the first either.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST SPECIFICALLY OVER TIT-FUCKING OR BEING MASTURBATED OR TOUCHING A PENIS - OR BLOWJOBS, WHILE WE'RE AT IT, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Hi Ann,

Your answers helped me to relieved my stress. Thank you so much.
I got tested twice before this encounter happened one last December 2011 and the other one was last February 7, 2012. I'm non reactive (negative). I also got checked for STD, negative also.

Your forum site inspires and helps many people like me who lacks the proper knowledge regarding this matter. I really feel that guilt, is the real culprit for all the things that I feel now.

I'll be more careful in the future in engaging in sexual activities. I'll always practice SAFE SEX!

OK, we're glad you found the exchanges to be helpful. Sexually to protect yourself against HIV you just have to be sure to use a condom every time for vaginal and anal intercourse.

Yesterday i had a PROTECTED ORAL SEX with a MALE (IM THE GIVER) I Used condom and it did no break? Are there any possibilities of contracting HIV or any STD's?
