Welcome good news
« on: October 25, 2012, 11:41:43 pm »
Some of you will recall that my last viral load test had slightly bumped from UD (<20) to 40.  While I appreciated the advice that this was still technically an undetectable level, nevertheless it was a cause for concern for three months while I waited to retest.  I retested (viral load only) last week and once again I am <20 and UD.  Furthermore, I am greatly relieved!  My C-Reactive Quan also is normal (way over the top on the last test.)  My blood sugar has also returned to near normal (the spiking seemingly caused by the large amount of niacin I was taking.)   Since AMG I have worked hard on my diet and have lost 22 pounds...feel much better.  I am still hoping to lose about 10 more and be a normal weight of 160 for my frame and height (5'8".)  Thanks again for the support and encouragement.

That's some great news Gary.  That's quite an impressive weight loss for such a short time span.  Better share your secrets as everyone here seems to always be looking for ways to do so.

Thanks again for the beautiful words spoken at the last AMG service.  I just paraphrased part of your message to a new member here.  I've noticed a great positive mental attitude improvement since then.  You've got your work cut out for you if you do the service again this year.

Take care buddy and have a great night.

It's all looking good Gary !  Congrats on the weight loss, that is still my biggest priority at this point. Every time I dropped 5-8 pounds , I also noticed a surge of energy.

Good luck--Ray

Well, to tell the truth, I gained two pounds on the week of the cruise...so it was a bit of backsliding, but I am back on target again.  Hoping to get the last ten pounds off by the end of December.
