What are the chances of getting hiv? I do have anxiety and I get really scared of pregnancy or hiv. So me and this guy who Im not even that close with unfortunately slept on the same bed. Then he got horny and I was lying down on my backside ( my face on the pillow). He was rubbing his dick on the opening of my anus and then accidentally he cum ...but he didnt penetrate it in me (i think)..in fact ive never had anal sex before...if he did penetrate it in me..it should have been pain since ive never had anal sex before right?. then he asked me to get a morning after pill so i will but i still feel very scared because i dont know him that well...i then aaked him if there is anything i need to know about him like any diseases and he said no not that i know of and thats a really rude question

So im still scared because of my anxiety. Is there chances of getting hiv from semen on the tip of the anus and vagina?

HIV is fragile virus and difficult to transmit. No one has ever been infected once it has been exposed outside the human host.

However other STIs are much easier to transmit and the unprotected sexual activities you had could have exposed you to something besides HIV.

Asking someone if they have an STI, after you've had sex, is waste of time - because it's too late then. Asking someone if they have an STI, before you've had sex, is a waste of time - because though there is a slight chance they could lie, it's a lot more likely they don't even know their status. Your best bet to is simply assume that anyone could have an undiagnosed STI and take the proper precautions for having safer sex.

Reducing Your HIV risks:
With no exceptions, use condoms correctly and consistently for anal or vaginal intercourse
Talk to a healthcare provider about PrEP as another layer of protection

Get tested yearly for HIV and other STIs.
If you don’t use condoms and/or PrEP, test more frequently

Some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other more easily acquired STIs. It is possible to show no signs or symptoms from an STI so testing is the only way to know.

Get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

What’s the ONLY way to know if you’ve been infected by HIV or an STI?
Get tested.

Alright thank u for your response. Also Im not even sure what anal penetration feels like because I never had anal sex before. Would I be able to feel it if he penetrated even a bit? I just felt his penis pushing on my anus when he cummed there, but I did not feel his penis going in, as there should be a painful feeling right? I did not feel any pain at all. Right now when I try it, I can hardly put one finger completely in my anus so I wonder how a penis could have gotten in.

I couldnt really feel anything as it was wet there for some reason. (Maybe my vaginal fluid). Then he suddenly cummed and thats what scares me. Because I dont know how much the penis went in or whether it even went in.
