I just can't get over the size of the house Arnold and Maria live in, and I'm sure they have others. I know folks with money have huge houses, but it just seems excessive. He could have a few mistresses staying there and Maria wouldn't even know it. I don't know what you do with a house so huge. We often can't decide whether to sit in our main living room or the TV/family room.

Oh, I thought the baby-mama was going to be really hot, but she looked like his aunt. I first thought Maria shouldn't have had really hot help working in the house. Maybe her looks have changed a lot in 14 years. They were saying the love-child was 10, but now saying 14--born the same week as Maria's son. Arnold must have been really horny to father two children at the same time.

I'm disappointed the national evening newscasts are still talking about this story, when they only have 22 mins to deliver important news. He is out of office, so I think it barely deserves a brief mention.

I can imagine the spirited debate such a quandary must cause. It's a bit like deciding if one should choose the decrepit peep show booths at an adult bookstore or a more glamorous setting in a proper bath house. Or whether Sam's Club is better than Costco.

I know, right? The peep show booths are often very dirty with all kinds of human liquids and solids on the walls, so a bath house that is clean seems the better choice. But, the closest one to us is in Indianapolis. Do I drive over 2 hours or just deal with the dirty glory holes here in town? These are the decisions that keep me up at night.

I'm with you on the Kennedy sum-up. I mean they saw their brothers, fathers and uncles in action. (Jackie wasn't a Kennedy of course. And Maria has often looked anorexic, so....)

Patrick changed his last name to Shriver on Twitter. Guess he is pissed. I would be pissed that I had a sibling that was kept from me. Maria looks so much like her mother did. Maria has said her mother use to make fun of her weight. So, I wonder if she has an eating disorder that can be blamed on mama? Maria had more fat in her face when they were married. But, I guess we all change over time.

I still can't get over Maria and the other woman giving birth within 5 days of each other.

I am actually quite pleased that my 4 (that we know of) half siblings have been kept from me. The only thing my dad and i have in common is our inability to keep our zippers up!!!

All and all, this is a tawdry tale. A sad story for the kids, for the soon to be ex-wife, maybe for the mistress.
We don't know the agreements and honesty the 3 principal parties, husband, wife, mistress, had with each other.
Probably the person's whose life will change the most, now that its all public, is the illegitimate son. Some of the articles say he didn't know Arnold is his father.
Oh, and since Arnold did know, and hes very rich, he seems a bit stingy to have put only 60K toward a home for his (former) mistress and son.

I wonder, for rich guys who father sons with the mistresses, is it routine that they are "less than equal" to the legitimate sons. In this day and age? I guess if the mom was a housekeeper it makes sense that they have a modest lifestyle in her "retirement". And with her son she had with the super rich guy.

In early reports it said the housekeeper is/was married? And the son was being raised as if he were the son of the husband, not Arnold's?
