72 hours almost here. Transexual risk.
« on: April 15, 2014, 12:22:10 am »
Hello all. I had a stupidly drunk encounter with a transsexual. I met a local transexual on Plenty of fish and got her number. I texted her a few days and we meet up at this local gay club. She is performer there.

We get drunk and go back to her place. Here is what happenend..
She gave me an Uncovered blowob, rimmed me and fingered my ass and I gave uncovered oral.

Here is the worst part. In the heat of the moment she wanted to have anal sex with me. She left to grab lube and came back. She didn't have a condom and tried to have sex with me uncovered. She put on lube and rubbed her cock around my hole.

Now things get a little hazy at this point. She was drunk and got "whiskey" dick. She couldnt get a full erection. I don't believe she penetrated me. IF anything it was maybe the tip for like 10 secs. She mentioned she had trouble with getting an erection and she proceeded to finger me. I then finished.

I am obviously concerned. When she fingered me it was pretty rough and painful. I have never had this done to me before so it was slightly painful. Afterwards I did not notice any bleeding. Early the next morning when I wiped I did not notice any blood.

After I finished I was freaked out and asked her if she used a condom. She said no because she couldnt get it in. (Or something along those lines).

What is more concerning is that when I was scoping backpages for escorts a few days prior I noticed that she was on there as an escort. She is 23 and is in school, performs dragshows and has a normal retail job if that matters at all.

What do you think my risk is for this encounter? High/medium/low?
I'm sure she didn't penetrate me as an 8inch dick would most likely be incredibly painful. (she said hers was 8inces). But I am concerened that she might have put the tip in.

Obviously I wont be doing this ever again. But do you think PEP is necessary? I have 24 more hours until I can take PEP and it will be effective!

The blow job and fingering was not a risk for HIV and doubt you were penetrated and didn't know it but if you are not sure then I am not either, how could I be . The responsible thing to do is to test in the window period of 6 weeks past any possible exposure and again at 3 months to confirm it if you are not sure if you were penetrated or not .

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
