Well foolishly about 5 weeks ago,  I recived a protect bj, and the protected sex with same condom from a sex worker,  it lasted for about 10 minutes after, once completed she removed the condom and and gave me baby wet wipe to clean up. I think the condom stayed intact.  Anyways I went to the doc last week for a general check up and they did a cbc, well they called today and said my wbc was slightly low.  And i have noticed a redish circular raised rash on on my front right should that does not itch (does this sound like a hiv rash.  Anyways I have become very concerned about hiv all of a sudden.  I called up this girl, she told me she does not have any std, and that she goed to the doc every wensday for a check up? She told me that the Doc knows what her profession is and that is why she goes in every wensday which seemed odd to me.   and she told me that she did a dick check on me for any std's before she put the condom on. 

anyways i am worried about the strange rash , and slightly low WBC count.  any advise would be helpful

She wouldnt know if you had any std's just by looking at you!  And you had no risk.  NONE.  ZERO.  You were protected at all times.  So no need to worry.  Try not to invent any what ifs...... you had no risk!

There's no concern for HIV here, keep using those condoms and you'll continue to be protected. As to your current CBC, keep working with your doctor if its concerning but it isn't related to HIV.

CBC results will not tell you anything about your HIV status. Should there ever be a serious question about your HIV status only an HIV test taken at the appropriate time, (13 weeks after a risky incident such as unprotected intercourse), will give you have answer.

You were not at risk in for HIV in this incident you're concerned about. Period.
