Hiya,

Read your post three times. What you posted wasn't an HIV risk to you.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms, and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Kind regards

Jim

I made some research and there are lots of opinion about these, some of them insist on saying this is a route for exposure. Since ı become sensitive about hiv, things coming after me or ı feel like it. 3 hours ago ı went to club with my girlfriend and while waiting in front of the bathroom suddenly something spill on my hand and arm, either someone puke or splash some drink or anything. I had a scooter accident and my arm full of open wounds. Everyday ı clean them and bandage to keep them dry but ıdk what  was that make my hand and arm really wet. I didnt see anything red like blood but ım. Not sure that was dark. Should ı consider pep because someones body fluids come into contact with my open wounds. Please advise

Zero HIV risk to you. Meets none of the biological or environmental conditions needed to acquire HIV.

So, I'll mention the same thing I do whenever anyone mentions being in a relationship. If you engage in condomless sex with your partner, you are obviously at risk of acquiring HIV. In relationships, condomless sex is often based on trust or past test results; however, this does not prevent HIV. Any condomless sex simply means accepting the greater risk of acquiring HIV.

I think ı develop hiv phobia. My girlfriend is in her period now and she touch my open wounds with her knee, leg area and first thing comes to my mind? What if there was hiv in her skin? Now am ı infected? Any outside contact to my wounds make me anxious. Am ı thinking too much?
And last question is ı just met her and she said she had sex a month ago and ı told her to get tested together to keep it safe. After have many days from last sex should pass to be 100% sure to have safe sex. ? we gonna have 4th generation test together.

HIV is extremely fragile; it does not replicate outside of the confines of the human body and loses its ability to infect as the receptors corrode.

Day-to-day contact like skin touching, shaking hands etc isn't an HIV risk to you.

Keep in mind when testing together that if one of you is living with HIV, with successful and ongoing treatment, HIV can't be passed on sexually. See https://forums.poz.com/index.php?topic=71864.0

Back to your question, if you want 100% safe sex, then you will be limited to masturbating.  :( There is no such thing as safe, just safer sex.

Sex comes with risks, and some activities that are not HIV risks are still risks for easier to acquire STIs. Also, I presume you don't plan to keep this new GF locked up 24/7, so ultimately these test results down the line will mean nothing.

If you want to reduce your risks, use condoms correctly and consistently, consider PrEP as an additional layer and test out of standard routine yearly.

If you engage in any condomless sex with your partner, you are at a greater risk of acquiring HIV. In relationships, condomless sex is often based on trust or past test results; however, this does not prevent HIV. Any condomless sex means accepting the greater risk of acquiring HIV, and you should consider testing more frequently.

I already told you kissing isn't an HIV risk.

If you keep having these irrational fears consider talking to a qualified therapist to help you manage your thoughts, prehaps stop having sex outside of your relationship if doing so is triggering anxiety and start using condoms for intercourse to reduce your real HIV risk.
