Sculptra, Radiesse Doctor in NYC

Hi... does anyone know of NYC doctors who do sculptra/radiesse injections on patients with lipoatrophy? There are tons of cosmetic doctors but I would prefer to see someone who works with HIV patients.
Also, does anyone know if sculptra is better than radiesse or vice versa?
