Sorry to trouble everyone but I'm a gay male who suffers from OCD one fear bein HIV transmission. However I'm worried this instance isn't an OVD worry but a genuine case of HIV transmissions

Last night I slept with someone. No penatrative sex took place as I'm too scared. And I thought I'd be ok not worrying as I've managed to realise I can't catch anything from mutual masterbation. However when we were in the act and rubbing against each other his penis pressed against the opening of my anus. It didn't g inside much squashed against it.  I quickly moved but what I'm worried about is I have a hemorrhoid sometimes which bleeds and that this could of been an open wound.  Also I have a recurring cyst a few centimetres above my anus which weeps a bit and is due to an in growing hair. It's quite red and when I dab it a spot of blood is often there

I'm worried both these things have put me at risk as precum could have got into the wounds. I've red a lot about open wounds on fingers and semen and precum and understand how it can't transmit but with this being in a different area and the precum being pressed against it maybe no air got to it and transmission took place

I'm just so frustrated I gave into sexual desires when it causes trouble.

You did not have a risk . I read your concerns carefully and I can assure you that you did not expose yourself to HIV in this situation . These are the risk factors for HIV .

Sharing IV drug injection equipment .
Unprotected vaginal or anal sex .
From mother to child during pregnancy or during childbirth .

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Thanks for your reply I really appreciate it. I was just worried about the wounds being air tight in that area if that makes sense as opposed to on the hand. Yes I o get regularly tested even though I don't have intercourse just because I work so much about mutual masterbation and also oral sex

You need not be fearful of getting HIV in the manner you are concerned with . HIV is so very fragile that its instantly rendered unable to infect when exposed to oxygen due to slight changes in temperature and PH levels . 

Its also worth noting that no one else has ever been infected that way and you will not be the first . Use condoms correctly and consistently for vaginal and anal sex and youi will avoid HIV .

Thank you really appreciate your help. I'd already read about HIV not surviving in oxygen but with him pressing his penis in the area where there is blood I thought maybe if some precum came put at that time it wouldn't be exposed to oxygen and have a direct route into my blood

Rest assured that if you had a risk I would be begging you to test and seek treatment , but there was no risk . Its safe to move on and put this behind you . Best of luck .
