Hi,

I read most of the topics about sucking nipple and using condom does not infect hiv. But, my question is i had sex with 4 womens till now with protected using condom. During my last exposure when i was sucking her nipple i felt like salty. After that i didnt sleep for 3 days and started searching in the net about HIV transmission. After last exposure i had ELISA test it came negative. It was three weeks before. I'm planning to get married, So wanted to confirm do i need to take test again?.

Please reply asap.

Thanks in advance.

No you do not need testing. You didn't have an exposure.

Logan,

Sweat is salty and that's probably what you tasted when you sucked a nipple. Sweat is NOT an infectious fluid.

You do not need further testing.

Hi,

I have two more questions. I'm Male.

1. Do i know if condom breaks?. Up to my knowledge after the sex, they removed condom from my penis and its not broken.  Totally i had 4times sex with 2 different girls all of them are protected.

2. After my last protected sex within two days i went for EIA test and it came negative. Its almost 5weeks now. For next EIA i have to wait 8 weeks or Can i go for STD express DNA Test?.

Please advise.

When a condom fails it is not about some itty bitty hole which people worry about. It's quite obvious when that has happened because the whole thing ends up looking like a fringed hoop on your penis.

You are worrying needlessly. Condoms provide very effective protection against HIV transmission. And nothing else you did put you at risk. There is no need for testing about your incidents.

We do advise that anyone who is sexually active ought to at least once a year have a full STD panel done. Other STDs are much easier to acquire than HIV.

But as far as HIV is concerned, you have no cause to worry this time. Keep using a condom everytime for intercourse.
