Happy Thanksgiving,..

We usually have more than a share of turkey and Ham during the year. This year we decided to have a nice Chuck Roast, and it's in the Oven now. Ed picked out the Chuck roast, looks absolutely wonderful

Should be ready by 4:00. The house is already starting to smell great !  :)

Around noon, we walked down to the pool and did our 30 laps, we will probably have to do 60 tomorrow.  :P

Sounds like you are having a really nice day and I'm impressed with the 30 laps. Doubt I would be able to do 10 laps.

LOL,..  ;D Well,.. We are certainly not Michael Phelps, or Mark Spitz, but we try.  ;D Our pool is 55 feet in length, so if we do 30 laps at 55 feet per lap, that's 1,650 feet. So we try to accomplish that in 17-20 minutes. and we do a combination of strokes, to break it up a little. Ed counts the laps, I count the minutes.

This is our daily routine, and if we can't swim, then we walk a mile that day. The other morning is was fairly cold outside when the pool opens at 8:00 It was 58 degrees. But the water is great, it's heated to about 84 Degrees, but it was a fast run after the laps, from the pool to the Jacuzzi. We really didn't want to get out of the Jacuzzi. :)
