(inside)lower back pain/ Odefsey

Hi guys

i switched to Odefsey since Dec last year from Trimeq coz I felt always tired wtih Triumeq.

but the issue with this new one is: I started to have lower back pain in March, like it felt it was swollon in my kidney first.

I did my kidney check it was normal except bit low in Vitamine D.

i started to go more often to the gym it was all ok. Aug and Sep i was very active with sports i felt just wondervol, untill two weeks agao i did some weight  /cardio training in the morning and evening, in btween i cycled to the offfice like 12 km
then i was so tired and had back pain like (kindneys ) for like 1 week! it it getting better but then i went to gym again it got just worse last Friday!
does anymoe have similar experience wtih this regime?

12 km  :o ... Personally If i cycled 12 km I would not have any pain at all, as I would most likely be dead ;D

On a serious note, I am sorry to hear about the pain though, did you talk to your GP already?
