Condom Slip Off

Hello,

As i have read this forum before;the risk for oral sex nearly zero.

About 52 days ago,i had protected vajinal sex and unprotected oral sex with CSW.i have performed cunnilingus on her.There was no ejaculation during her blowjob.As i have seen there was no blood on her vajina.

I have had combi tests(4.th generation) as below;

32.days p24 Ag + IgG Ant = 0.300  NEG( NEG<0.900) (reliable lab)
50.days p24 Ag + IgG Ant = 0.446  NEG( NEG<0.900) (at different reliable lab)
I feel good with these results but i am a little worried about numerical values.

My Dr told me you are absoultely NEGATIVE.Don't worry about numerical values.these values may change day by day or it may differ with the lab equipments.

My tongue is white and there is two little inflammation at the end of my tongue,my throats is bad since 10 days(Maybe because of stress but i am not sure)

These results are conclusive for me?

Yes, you are conclusively hiv negative. You did NOT have a risk for hiv infection. Getting a blowjob is not a risk for hiv infection. Giving a woman oral sex is not a risk for hiv infection. Protected intercourse is just that - protected. Condoms have been proven to prevent hiv infection. You do NOT need further testing over this incident. You ARE hiv negative.

Along with reading the Transmission Lesson linked to in our Welcome Thread, here's what you need to know in order to remain hiv negative:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST AGAIN OVER THIS NO-RISK INCIDENT, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will continue to avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

i am 29 heterosexual male.My intercourse was 4 months ago.i have had unprotected blowjob and protected vaginal sex with CSW.i ejaculated in safe and after ejaculation i kept sex with condom for 1 minute in safe.Unfortunately during withdrawal,the condom slipped off completely and i left condom inside her vagina.i might be in contact her for 3 seconds.After that i washed with hot water,soap and urinated.

i asked her status and she ensured me for latest STD tests(i am sure) had just taken 2 days ago of our exposure.

Because i work at abroad(Middle East) i can not be tested here.i will get my annual STD tests 5 months later(work permission obligation).

Shall i ease my mind and expect negative results?

Scorpion, I wouldn't consider what you are reporting to have been a risk. If you decide to get tested it would be for your peace of mind and I would certainly expect a negative test result.

What happened with the condom slipping off as you withdrew is a not uncommon event. When withdrawing from the vagina you need to get into the habit of holding on to the end of the condom as you pull out.

Getting a blowjob is not a risk for HIV transmission.

As for asking the person you were with about her HIV status, I understand why you asked, but that is never a reliable way of knowing whether you have had a risk or not. Even well meaning people don't always know their accurate status. So anytime you may have been at risk the only sure way to know your accurate status is through getting tested. For a conclusive negative result that should be at 13 weeks/3 months after an exposure.

In your case I certainly expect a negative result.

I agree with Andy that you have not had a risk for hiv infection. As he said, the condom slipping off during withdrawal is a common occurrence and it is not a risk. Hang on to the condom in future so you don't go scaring yourself again.

This situation is nearly identical to the one you first came here with. Please re-read your entire thread and remember what you've learned.

Keep using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
