Mike - another team :o  I am so NOT feeling the love :'(

Mum (who will NEVER admit that in her latest "mum" magazine there is an article about said "Freedom Trail" as well as a description about the sites and scenery - along with a map.  Why won't she mention it?  Because, on the very SLIM chance that she loses, she'd feel really stupid)

Fear not Mum -- for if I lose after having lived in Boston, I'll likely be banned by my teammates!   :-[

I'm starting to have some serious doubts about some of these team captains.  ;)

Nick is notably quiet. Some kinda mojo at work, no doubt.
This is gonna be a bit of a fun afternoon. Hope the pace allows for pictures, poses and stuff.

Mike,  as usual Nick waits for others to firmly plant their foot where it may not be a good idea....whatever the result of who " wins"   my group will have the best walking talking guide that grew up in that city a long time ago...but many moons after the "sites" were long established....

I don't care if I'm the last one picked, I fear I'm not going to be much help to whatever team gets stuck with me I'm on.

In fact they should be given a handicap.   ;)

Now as far as all this boasting coming from a certain female captain (who shall remain nameless  ::)), I've got a piece of advice.

"Don't let your mouth write checks you won't be able to keep.   :-*)

RAB

(Who's really looking forward to Boston!  Even if he's not on the winning team!)

P.S. Jan and me partners?  HUH?  (Who started that one? )  (There goes any chance I had of getting lucky.   >:()

Look, after spending 6 days at my house, 6 hours on an airplane with me, and 6 days in Boston (and you all now what 3 6's are a mark of), I suspect she's going to need a break!  Poor soul.

Don't just focus on the trail. The hunt will be taking us throughout the city.

What tour guide? There is no tour guide. There's a fascilitator of the hunt, but he'll only be around to see us off at the beginning and then to hand out the awards at the end.

Has anyone seen the Amazing Race?

Who wonders about the possibility of bribing the tour guide!   ???

Attn Team Capt's --

I either want to be on the team that wins or

The team that has the most fun or

The team who is too drunk to notice either way when the hunt is over!   :D

That's exactly what he's hoping for, Robert. :o

I heard a rumor he has one of those travel size units that fits neatly in the corner of any hotel room and is carried to each AMG.

Trying to catch up on everything else.  Where is the baseball game thread........
