Handjob
« en: Enero 07, 2024, 02:43:50 am »
Dear POZ,
Im a female, and gave handjob to a man - i know him for a while, but his HIV status is unknown. There was some kissing, he touched me around my vagina, but not fingered me as how I remember, but maybe there was some pre-cum on his finger, because he touched his penis and masturbate on himself.
As how I remember he finished the attraction By himself and ejaculates on his hand/palm.
I dont remember did I have any cut on my hand/fingers.
There was no anal/vaginal/oral penetration.
Was I at HIV risk in this situation?
I had a 4th gen hiv test after 3 weeks, maybe it was very early - it came back with negative result.
After the negative test i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend - is that possible that I infected him? Im very scared…
Please, analise my risk..
Thank you for your feedback!

Hiya,

You had no HIV risk from the encounter. Kissing, masturbation, being fingered, or being touched are not HIV risks to you, and day-to-day cuts and wounds are not a route for HIV and precum on their fingers also isn't an HIV concern.

There is no HIV risk and no need for HIV testing over this encounter/activity.

You did not give your partner HIV as a result of giving someone else a handjob, as the handjob encounter was no HIV risk to you.

However, condomless intercourse is an HIV risk to you, and I'll mention the same thing I always do when someone says they are in a relationship; If you engage in condomless sex with your partner, you are obviously at risk of acquiring HIV. In relationships, condomless sex is often based on trust or past test results; however, this does not prevent HIV, so if condomless sex does occur, you should consider testing more frequently.

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim

Dear Support,
I had and incident, again, please give me an advise: is there any risk in this scenario: a gave a man a handjob, again, he ejaculated into my palm, while he fingered me on my anus. first without any lubricant, after with some lube.
i dont see any scratch or cut on my hand, maybe it is a little bit dry..
i dont know anything about his hiv status, Im negative.
im not sure was there any precum on his finger, as how I remember, he does not touched his penis..
is there any risk? was this a safe play?
thank you for your kind support!

Nothing has changed since the last time you asked about similar/same activities.

Its not an HIV risk to you.
