2 Xanax and im still wired....

I took 2 xanax and im still wide awake (ran out of AMBIEN  :'()...and i never take them so you'd thnk theyd work better!!!

When my mind starts running i cant sleep........

Im wired, nervous, sad, and hungry lol....I think its running through the air this week...

I tried turning off the computer, taking a shower, watching tv, reading (which i never do), lying with my eyes shut, chatting, all i do is toss and turn and think, butterflies going through my stomach, thinking of the future....i hate anxiety it sucks ass!!!

Im tired because i woke up early today after VERY little sleep and still cant fall asleep...

I know ive complained about this before because im sure its not my first INSOMNIA thread but i guess ill bitch again.....

I need to be up at 7am and its already 2am....this happens like 4 nights a week minimum (and i didnt have any caffeine after 7pm)

(who wants to turn the computer off and try again but knows it will frustrate me more when not able to sleep)

lol....i forgot to add that too my topic of things i already did trying to fall asleep....

i just ate something light now also (against my diet during the week but oh well) we'll see how that works....

i swear though i dont get me...sometimes im the most sane down to earth person...and the next month im a mess, anxious, depressed, scattered thinking (but not a danger to mysef of course).......i thought that was going to be over and done with after the teens lol
