This is crazy...
My tcells were 161 and now they shot up to 335, but my viral load was I think 147.

My VL has been non dectable for 7 yrs.....Maybe it the switching of my meds..I am not sure....

The dr said theres must be some kind of glitch...I go back april 7th and hopefull we will find out whats what..

Do anyone of you have a clue as to why this would happen... ???

ubotts, don't stress the VL number.  I've had a one test blip like that in the past year and by the next month it was back to undetectable and has remained there.  Still, be prudent and don't wait 3 months to retest.  Do it in 4-6 weeks.

I go back every six weeks especially if theres a glitch like this...

I used to live in NYC and you had to go to see your hiv dr once a month.

Now I live in NJ and they want to see you every 3 months... ??? but I will go
when I feel it I need it...

Oh me too honey.  I never got my VL down so I basically went to the doctor every fucking month for a span of 13 fucking long years.  And once I had wasting issues there was a period buried in that 13 years lasting 4 years that I went every 2 weeks, because I was getting testosterone shots on my buttcheeks.  The only thing that made any of this doable for me was that I worked a mere 4 subway stops away from my doctor's office and would sneak out during my lunch breaks.

But yeah, now that I finally got my VL down to undetectable I only go to the doctor every 3 months -- it's fairly standard now.
