Welcome to Do I Have HIV?

Welcome to the "Do I Have HIV?" POZ forum.

This special section of the POZ forum is for individuals who have concerns about whether or not they are HIV positive. Individuals are permitted to post up to three questions or responses in this forum.

Ongoing participation in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum (posting more than three questions or responses) requires a paid subscription, with secure payments made via PayPal.

A seven-day subscription is $9.99, a 30-day subscription is $14.99 and a 90-day subscription is $24.99.

Anyone who needs to post more than three messages in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum -- including past, present and future POZ Forums members -- will need to subscribe, with secure payments made via PayPal.

Should I get tested?

Thanks in advance guys. I've read a lot of posts on here. I think I was in a no risk situation but like most anxiety and guilt have a hold on me. I was with a transexual like two weeks ago. She deepthroated me and we did frottage. The frottage was her rubbing our penises together. She came on my tip and rubbed the heads together. Could seiman have possibly entered my urethra from this? Also, she was on top of me and rubbed my penis with her anus. Is it possible I could have pentrated her without knowing it? Say if she was really loose or something. I think it would have felt warm but wet as I have never had anal sex. I think it is like being in a vagina. You know if your in. Also, the thing that got me super worried was I had mysterious flu symptoms like 4,5, or 6 days after. I had a slight fever, soar throat (with minimal mucus), extreme fatigue ( I slept for like a day), and a red hive just in the middle of my arm. This lasted three days. I know at least this was not psycho-somatic because I read about ARS like a week after all of that happened but I can't explain it otherwise. I am almost certain that it wasn't the flu because my mucus was white/clear. I was in the Philipines so maybe it is some weird infection specific to the area. But should I get tested? I'm obsessing. Thanks!!

Under NO circumstances was this an HIV situation. HIV is remarkably fragile and simply can not remain infectious outside the host, even if you are rubbing penises together.

Also, no way you can enter a person's anus, loose however it might be, and not know it. An anus is multitudes tighter than a vagina. You would absolutely know.

Keep using a condom for penetrative sex and you will be OK

Please spread the word (and the information and the URL) = the best gift we get is the idea that this information, like HIV, is viral. And unlike HIV, it is easily spread :)
