Title: When will our U.S. banks become this progressive?

Amazing TV ad from a bank in Argentina...

I'll be speaking at JP Morgan Chase during gay pride month to their PRIDE GLBT employee group, and will be pushing them to make the bank more publicly supportive (their internal gay support and policies are currently 2nd to none).  For instance, they should have publicly donated to No On 8 in California last year.

Great ad.

When I lived in NYC I worked for Chase.  It was far and away the most comfortable place I've ever work as an out gay man.   I remember taking time off to go to the March on Washington ('93) and several of the upper mgmt coming up to me when I got back and inquiring about my experiences in D.C.  When I explained that it was a life changing experience they all seemed genuinely interested and wanted to hear all about it.  They confessed to some concern for my safety when I initially told them what I was planning on doing.  It was an incredibly supportive environment.
