Tuesday, 10:00.  Most interesting HIV case.   Positive 15-year-old girl suing her high school for teaching only abstinence.

Yes, that was James Spader doing the closing.  I think he's just fantastic, and this is one of my favorite shows anyway.  Spader has won an Emmy as best actor, including just last month, for his role on this show three times, twice in a row as well.  His closing arguments are always riveting, both because of his acting and David Kelley's writing; I especially like to watch carefully to see how many of them, usually quite long, are done in one take.  Amazing.

P.S.  If you caught the coming attractions, you saw how next episode will deal with a gay military officer suing because of his discharge.

I try to catch it as frequently as possible.  In fact, I have the first season on DVD.

Definitely one of my favorite shows....and yes I saw that particular epidsode.
James Spader is incredibly talented....
and convincing I suspect.
