MMM  and he waited  3 yrs  to be "told"  he could  sue  for  discrimination..when he had  "the  most detailed paper trail"  ever  seen by  the  attorney.....  Justice  really  was asleep at the  wheel on this one   and now  the  company has refused to accept the settlement.....so,  more  lawyers,more  courts  and who knows how many years...  even if  they lose the case  the  company managed to punish this  guy in several significant ways

Loved the comment about it being 1983.  I was starting nursing school and remember the ignorance that was even taught as part of the curriculum.  We didn't know better then, we surely should by now.
