I know that the search for the cure races on everyday. But in the mean time couldn't they find the cure for the HIV squirts so some of us can trust our farts again?

Are you specifically referring to diarrhea or flatulence only?

Idk know if it is diarrhea or not. It's the "I gotta go right this second or shit my pants" syndrom that happens 3 or 4 times a week.

How can you not know if it's diarrhea or not? Either it looks like it when it hits the toilet or it doesn't.

Otherwise, have you considered using OTC imodium and see how that does?

Well its not runny, but when urge hits, I have maybe five minutes or less... A couple of weeks ago I shit my pants in a convienence store trying to convince the clerk I did not have time to make a purchase first. Then the asshole got pissed at me for letting everyone in the store aware of the situation

the HIV squirts so some of us can trust our farts again?

You started meds recently in May.  Did you experience this before starting meds?  Or is this something that has happened since starting?  Have you discussed it with your DR?  Could be the Norvir, its been known to cause GI issues.  It could also be due to some sort of immune reconstitution since you recently started meds.  Could also be some other OI.  I don't think you should just chalk this up to being "HIV squirts."  Is there even such a thing?

I'd love to give our Tim the credit, but when you Google it, it's apparently been out there for a while. I actually thought it was an actor or comedian, but cannot locate it.

Man!  I literally can't get credit for shit!

In all seriousness, I've heard that phrase for ages - and I know for a fact that Jack Nicholson, in The Bucket List, made the statement:  "Never waste a hard on, and never trust a fart."

I said that because I have heard others speak of GI issues. I had diarrhea before starting meds. But that was very runny bowel movements. But now it ia more normal but now I have a problems holding it in.
