Locations for AMG 2015

Hello all,

It is about time to start talking about where to hold AMG 2015. I think this will be our 10th anniversary, but by my count, we have visited 11 places.

So, I will open the discussion.

To date, we have visited:

Toronto
Montreal
San Francisco
Mexico City
London (with another group visiting Las Vegas that year)
Boston
Seattle
Washington D.C.
Chicago
San Diego

Discussions in recent years have included such diverse locations as New Orleans, Atlanta, Denver, Santa Fe, and taking a cruise together.

Anyone interested in AMG 2015 is welcome to post their ideas for a location.
For the sake of brevity, and sanity, lets keep it to three choices each. In other words, lets not each suggest 10 cities.

I'm not sure if I can attend this year with all of what is going on with the last gasp of the business, finances, and timing, but if able my choices would be limited to:

1) Philly (within driving distance and had hoped to bring Kenny hub hub there anyway) It really is a beautiful city.
2) East Haddam (that would be in Connecticut for those who have never heard of it.) After googling it I'm sure the votes will be pouring in. lol.

AMG is short Aids Meds Gathering ... aidsmeds was the former name for the POZ site and we never got around to changing it .

AMG is a yearly event where we choose a city and all meet there for a week of friendship and lots of fun and laughter, we also have a memorial for those who have gone too soon. I have made some lasting friendships there and hope to attend this year as well .

I'm torn between Nashville and Memphis, so for now I will go with Nashville, but if Memphis gets the vote I will be happy with that also.

The only month I can attend is August.

I'm glad it seems to be Memphis (did it win or is there some other factor?), since I doubt I could attend a more distant event, but I don't see a date for the event. Has the 2015 event already happened? It's almost June, now, and last post here is January. Sorry but I haven't used a computer in nearly a decade, and the one I'm using now is nearly a decade old... so forgive my sluggishness with assimilating these data. But I'm really eager to get to know some people who aren't convicts and/or rednecks. Or bigots. Or cops. Or all of the above. *sigh*

Edit: Finally figured it out, below, among the other articles. It's coming up quickly. I'd like someone to contact me and let me know about the event, as I need to know about hotel room, etc, or if I can just drive down each day (since I live 2 hrs away), or what exactly this is. I'm excited to find out.
