You had no risk whatsoever of contracting the HIV from the incident you describe.  Frankly, you did not have sex.

What you had is similar to someone licking your face after shaving (except it was your scrotum).

There is no need for you to test for HIV antibodies because of this incident.

Move on with your life and read how the HIV is transmitted:

HIV firstly needs to be present for it to be a risk and in sufficient quantity for it to transmit, it also than needs an effective route, and it must also reach cells which are susceptible to infection. The virus is very fragile, and saliva is not HIV infectious, in addition it contains dozens of protein and enzymes that damage the virus and render it unable to infect.

Nothing you mentioned met the basic biological requirements for transmission and all must be met. She could have licked your scrotum and nipples all day long and it would still not be a risk, small scrapes and cuts is not how HIV is transmitted - ever!

Nobody has ever been infected this way, and you will not be the first. Move on with your life.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

More information on HIV Basics, PEP, TaSP and Transmission can be found through the links in my signature to our POZ pages, this includes information on HIV Testing

Kind regards

Jim

You are being paranoid.

Licking. sucking and kissing, and even love bites is simply not how HIV is transmitted, no matter how concerned you are. There has never been a case of HIV transmission orally from the person given the oral to the person receiving it, this makes perfect sense as it lacks all the biological needs HIV has to cause infection.

HIV is incredibly difficult to transmit and requires all the biological requirements to be met before there is even a theoretical risk. You did not even meet that.

Scrapes and small wounds are not a risk and do not provide route, also any HIV she could have had in her mouth was not a risk unless blood was pouring out by the pint load out of her mouth and directly into a open actively bleeding wound of yours such as a fresh and deep knife wound that needed urgent medical attention.

In reality her own saliva is hostile towards HIV and would render it unable to infect, it also lacks the quantity to infect and route to you to transmit.  Believe it or not I mean you well but your concerns are simply irrational.

If you still can't move past this utterly irrational fear speak to someone like a therapist face to face to help you move on.
