Title: Selzentry for anyone who wants to know from someone who is on it

I don't come to these Forums too often these days. Today I saw an old post about Selzentry (Pfizer) that had not been answered.

As of this month, it will be 3 years since I have been in that study. I started as a treatment-naive subject, who had just recently been diagnosed but apparently had been infected for over 6 years and started to develop OIs. My CD4s were at 94 or so I think.

Today, I am glad I chose to participate in this study. I have had absolutely no side effects at all from this medication which I take with Truvada. I have been undetectable for years now, and the CD4s hover in the mid 300s. It is a twice-a-day regimen, but quite used to that by now. I get tested every 3 months now, and all is good.

Good to hear naft...keep us up to date, will ya...that's a med that more and more of us will probably be using in the future....
