I am finally on Norvir,Prezista and Kivexa combo for 1 month trial from Atripla.
Anyone with knowledge of the medication, either one of them?
I dont know if they are the cause, my visit time to the toilet is unusual since I started the Meds 2days now.
I hope it is not too early for me to worry about.
Please, tell me your experience,,,,, any of this my 3 Meds.
Thanks

I'm on that combo too (Kivexa is marketed under the name Epzicom in the US).
Bathroom problems are probably the Prezista / Norvir part. It may settle down over time, but eating more soluble fibre can help (apples, pears .... and nuts are all good sources for soluble fibre)
If it doesn't calm down you might want to use the search box and look for diarrhea. There's many drug solutions.
But if it has only been a couple of days you might want to see if it gets better over the next week or so.
Hope things get better for you

Hi,
I have done a bit of digging on Epzicom (Kivexa)

I don't recall anything of importance about 'toilets' and Epzicom. Quite on the contrary I have a bit of constipation.
Not everyone can stand the Abacavir component of Kivexa, but those who can are quite positive about their experience with it. You will have to remain on the watch out for a few months

The toilet senario is subsiding now, though my belly is a bit discomfort at night.
Just hope the drugs dealt me good and others taking it too.
I will bring more feedback in due cause.
Thanks for those responses.
