Forgot to take one pill! What should i do???

Hi guys!
I take 1 pill of Viramune 11:00am and the other one with Truvada 11:00 pm! i got confused today because i could not find my morning pill at working today and i thought i had takem it! then now i found in my jacket pocket!!
should i take all of them together or can i skip this time and go back to normal tomorrow?
im freaking out!!!

My Id doc told me not to double on the pills. Also, if I take more they make me dizzy.

It wouldn't really be doubling, and I've always been told to take a missed dose as soon as I realize it, unless it's close to the next dosing time; what constitutes "close" being open to interpretation however.

I did not miss a dose!!!  i just missed one of the pills of the dose!!!

I just saw that you're in the UK so it's probably 10 there now, if not 11 already.  In that case I would skip it and just resume your normal schedule at 11.
