Am I at risk?

I had an encounter with a prostitute yesterday. I had a a handjob in my car.

I touched her vagina before putting a condom on my penis on but most of the part that I touched was her pubic hair but I still tried reaching for her clitoris but I wasn't able to because she was sitting.

She gave me a condom I tried putting it on with my left hand (The hand that did not touch her) but I could not so I tried to put it on using both hands while trying my best not to have my right hand touch my penis but it still touched a little bit.

She said the condom was inside out that's why she was the one who put it on my dick. So my dick was exposed to both sides of the condom and my hand that touched her vagina.

We did not have sex nor did she use her mouth. The only thing involved was her hand and my right hand which touched her pubic area and a little bit below and the condom that was flipped both sides.

I noticed in the morning that there was redness in my penis and  I figured that it was from the friction as I don't touch my tip when I masturbate and when she gave me a handjob there was a condom and she was vigorously stroking my whole penis. Most of the redness is gone now what's left is some sort of a pimple that is the size of a single pixel.

What is this?

You had no HIV transmission risk whatsoever.
It is safe for you to move on.

HIV is not transmitted this way and to give you some reassurance two main reasons are HIV does not survive outside the human body, once hiv finds itself exposed outside the body to air, small changes in temperature, pH / moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. Also the fluid a woman produces when sexually excited comes from the Bartholin's glands, this is a lubricating fluid and does not have any more hiv present than other bodily secretions such as saliva, sweat or tears. Saliva, sweat and tears are not infectious fluids.

HIV firstly needs to be present for it to be a risk and in sufficient quantity for it to transmit, it also than needs an effective route, and it must also reach cells which are susceptible to infection. A Hand job and touching her vagina or clitoris  does not meet the biological requirements for transmission.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions. As you are sexually active, it is highly recommended that you get a full sexual health check-up / screening at least annually including but not limited to hiv testing.

Remember that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's. So please do get fully tested regularly for all STI's including HIV and more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs. Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Finally use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, to avoid sexually transmitted hiv infection.

We do HIV risk assessments here, and you had no risk.

As for the small bump if you are concerned speak to your GP however it is not HIV related.

Firstly we don't comment on other peoples threads or posts. However that individual was lying through his teeth something he admitted about later on and confirmed he was negative. So he was banned from the forum. He simply had no risk to start with and we knew from the start he was lying about something.
