Scavenger Hunt Details
« on: July 31, 2009, 12:21:38 am »
Here are some further details I found out today about our scavenger hunt from Boston Adventures.

TEAMS: We need to have 3 teams with 3 team captains pre-chosen before they arrive on Saturday at noon.

For team captains, unless things have changed, we have MIKE, KRISTINA, and NICK.

It doesn't matter how teams are chosen, as long as all teams are set to go by 11:30am Saturday. The meet and greet may be a good time to finalize teams. The event starts immediately at 12pm...followed by lunch at Fire + Ice at 2:30...followed by the awards ceremony at 3pm.

Your scavenger hunt will include team lists, maps, tote bags, use of intant camera w/film, trophies for 1st place winners, and ribbons for 2nd and 3rd place winners, mini plush lobster for everyone and team Captain pins.

$50 per half hour overtime is incentive to be prompt, I 'd say.

19/3 = 6 per team

One of 3 teams will be handicapped on account of a certain member who has no sense of direction.
I suggest that handicapped team be allowed an extra team member.

Hi Dennis-
Is it too late for me to get added to the list?  I am hoping to get into Boston around 10 am.
Thanks,
Snow

Definitely not too late.  We'll be starting from the hotel at 12pm sharp.

Dennis- You did a great job co-ordinating everything.

I had a great time today, it was so nice to meet you all.

Hope everyone has a safe trip home.
